David Kane
David is a seasoned Manufacturing and Industrial Automation Engineer with extensive expertise in General Management across diverse industries, including hospitality, healthcare, workwear, and nursing home laundry.
Starting his career in food production with C&D Foods, David developed a passion for lean manufacturing and high standards. He completed the Area Manager Graduate Programme with Lidl Ireland and became a Project Manager in the Environmental Health and Safety division. He then began his laundry journey in Elis. He ran the Dublin-based workwear division as Operations Manager before being promoted to General Manager for the newly acquired Kings Laundry business.
Outside of work, he is family-oriented and volunteers with Dublin Civil Defence as an Emergency Medical Technician and Search-and-Rescue responder.
